Features
• Steel cable conveyor belts have proven to be a highly reliable and cost-effective method for transporting bulk materials in long-distance conveyors. We offer laterally reinforced belts, embedded sensor coils, and standard steel-cable belt conveyors.

(3) Shorter length: 100m• Our steel wire rope conveyor belts are crafted from premium, high-strength steel cables and feature a range of wear-resistant layer options to meet diverse industrial needs. The standard construction uses 7x7 hot-dip galvanized steel ropes, offering exceptional tensile strength—up to an impressive 2,000 N/mm². For applications demanding even greater strength, we provide a 7x19 construction, delivering tensile strengths that can reach up to 10,000 N/mm².
• The steel wire rope is designed with an elongation rate of 0.22% to 0.28%, ensuring high structural integrity and pull-out strength. This helps enhance its fatigue resistance. Additionally, the open-cross-laid construction of the steel wire rope, combined with a robust chemical bonding system, allows for thorough penetration of the core rubber, guaranteeing strong adhesion and long-lasting corrosion protection.
Multi-functional Wear-Resistant Layer Rating
We offer a range of wear-resistant layer grades, all crafted from premium rubber that delivers exceptional durability, resistance to cutting, and impact strength—while also boasting outstanding aging resistance. The choice of wear-resistant layer grade depends on your specific application and can significantly influence the service life of your conveyor belt. Selecting the right conveyor belt for your needs will help minimize waste and align seamlessly with your sustainability goals.
Wear-resistant options
For heavy-duty conveying tasks involving bulky and sharp materials—such as abrasive rocks—our conveyor belts are available in X, Y, and W grades (as well as equivalent options). These high-quality wear-resistant layers provide optimal protection for the belt carcass, ensuring extended service life.
High-temperature-resistant type
We offer specialized grades suitable for high-temperature applications, including T120 and T200, designed for materials such as cement clinker, coke, foundry sand, and slag. These conveyor belts are engineered to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 190°C, while also enduring short-term temperature spikes as high as 200°C.
Flame-retardant compliance
Our conveyor belts are available in flame-retardant grade K, meeting the ISO 340 standard. These belts are ideally suited for tunnel construction projects but are not recommended for underground applications.
