The mine-used fixed belt conveyor is suitable for continuous transportation in underground coal mines—specifically in inclined shafts or main inclined tunnels with horizontal and incline angles of up to 29°. Its key structural features include a reinforced middle frame for the conveyor body, as well as additional coal-deflecting and anti-slip devices tailored to the slope angle, along with an effective braking system. The upper carrying idlers are designed with a four-roller configuration, arranged in two staggered rows—one at the front and one at the rear—creating a deep 60° groove angle that prevents raw coal from sliding downward. This equipment plays a critical role in enhancing coal transportation and lifting operations in mining environments.
