Heat-resistant conveyor belts are primarily used for transporting high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and heated castings. Depending on the primary signs of belt damage leading to loss of conveying capability, as well as the specific heat-resistance level required, either EPDM or styrene-butadiene rubber is employed for the cover rubber, while high-strength, highly permeable polyester or cotton canvas serves as the carcass layer. Additionally, heat-resistant glass fabric can be incorporated between the cover rubber and the carcass layer to further enhance the service life of the belt. Customized into circular belts according to customer specifications.
