Their textured surface effectively prevents materials from sliding, enhancing overall conveying efficiency. These belts are ideal for transporting materials such as cement clinker, lime, sand and gravel, municipal or industrial waste, coal, and various bagged goods. They are widely used across industries including coal, mining, power generation, chemical processing, steel plants, and grain production.

    Uses

    Generally, the cover rubber of conveyor belts is flat. To increase the conveying angle and prevent materials from sliding down, the cover rubber can be designed with a textured pattern. Conveyor belts featuring this patterned cover rubber are known as ribbed conveyor belts.
    Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small-piece materials at inclinations of up to 45°, it can also handle bagged materials. Widely used in industries such as coal mining, power generation, chemical processing, and grain handling.
    Pattern forms: herringbone, pit type, diamond pattern, raised herringbone, and more.

    Shallow-pattern conveyor belt (pattern depth below 10 mm, conveying angle between 20°C and 30°C)
